What is a Literary Arts Journal?
It is a publication used to highlight creative works such as poetry, short stories and visual art.
Who can submit work to this journal?
Anyone interested in having their work featured in an indie publication! The hope is to open submissions to local creatives in Ohio, but we are happy to expand our range. Howlite is small now, but we are patient and willing to create something meaningful!
